A gift. My son loved it

Completely defective. Would not work with an iPhone running the latest software. Charged it overnight and then again for two days straight but it didn’t make a difference. It was recognized by Bluetooth as S22 but once connected the buttons were unresponsive. Do not recommend.

This is a pretty nifty little device that at first I didn't really expect to like but I have found the perfect use and I now love it! Twice a week I have a one hour commute each way to work. I like to listen to things on my cell phone while driving but don't want to be distracted by having to take my hands or eyes off the road.(Not to mention it's illegal in some states.) If I want to play videos such as those on Facebook or TikTok this 'Ring' is perfect so I can scroll to the next video without having to touch my phone or take my eyes off the road! It was easy to set up and so far works great!

It works fine, just doesn’t do what I need it to do. I needed that middle button to be a play pause button for my iPhone, but I haven’t been able to make it work the way I need it to. The rest of the buttons work, just not the one i actually need, not in the way i need it to function anyway. I have no complaints for $6, it was a gamble, I knew that when I bought it.

Not what I expected

Not really sure what to make of this. It's an interesting idea, but the execution is odd. On Android most of the buttons activate some kind of mouse gesture. The home button does what it says. The camera button alternates between volume up and volume down. Not even sure what the heart button does. Maybe this will be useful for someone, but I got it to explore accessibility options on Android and it's...not terribly useful for that purpose. I don't use TikTok so I cannot speak to its usefulness for that purpose.

I really wanted to love this TikTok scrolling ring, but if you are an iPhone or iPad user, please read the fine print (or lack thereof) before you buy. While the concept of a hands-free, 8-button remote sounds like a dream for late-night scrolling or taking group photos, the reality on iOS is a frustrating mess of "hidden" requirements and inconsistent performance. 1. The "AssistiveTouch" Nightmare The seller fails to mention that for this to work on an iPhone, you must have "AssistiveTouch" enabled in your accessibility settings. This means you’ll have a permanent, distracting grey floating circle on your screen at all times. If you turn it off, the ring becomes a glorified paperweight. 2. Inconsistent Scrolling and Tapping Even with the settings correctly adjusted, the "scrolling" isn't smooth. On TikTok: Sometimes a single click scrolls once; other times it skips two videos. The "Like" function (double-tap) only works about 50% of the time, often requiring you to mash the button until it registers. The joystick/button mapping feels like it was designed strictly for Android and "forced" to work on iOS—it just doesn't feel native or intuitive. 3. The Camera Shutter is Hit-or-Miss The listing claims this is a "Camera Remote Shutter," but it struggles with the native iOS camera app. I found that it often tries to adjust the volume instead of taking a photo. You have to constantly toggle between "Video Mode" and "Music Mode" on the ring itself, which is a confusing process that usually results in missing the shot you were trying to take. 4. Build Quality and Connectivity The ring itself feels like very cheap, hollow plastic. It’s light, which is nice, but the buttons are "clicky" in a way that feels like they will wear out within a month. Additionally, the Bluetooth connection drops frequently if your hand isn't in a direct line of sight with the phone. ⚠️ Advice for Apple Users: Skip this if you have an iPhone. The seller markets this as being "plug and play" for both Android and Apple, but the hoops you have to jump through for iOS make it more of a chore than a convenience. It is clearly optimized for Android systems where the cursor movement is native. Final Verdict: Two stars only because it technically powers on and connects. However, the software friction and the requirement to clutter your screen with AssistiveTouch icons make this a "fail" for the Apple ecosystem.

After a few minutes of using it, it starts to bug out. It will tap tap non-stop and freeze your phone. Definitely stay away from this; it seems to mess with the programs on the phone. I have a Galaxy S25 Ultra. I had to turn off Bluetooth and reboot my phone to get it to work normally again.
