What the heck does it fit
I’ve been biking seriously for over 30 years which means I’ve had a lot of experience with accessories including bags. For 10 dollars this is about what you’d expect - simple bag but not the greatest quality but still useable. But what frustrates me about online shopping are the descriptions that are misleading or lacking. You order something and it’s not going to work because it’s far from fitting. The straps are way to short and there’s not a lot you can do without major modification. So even if the bag is good enough it’s not going to do anything for me if it’s not on my bike.The fabric is ok but not going to last long and not waterproof.There is only one strap for the top tube and one for the head tube.My iPhone 6 does fit even with a battery case and I can use touch screen but it’s a little hazy. Only about 2 square inches of Velcro to hold the phone case to the bag. Other bags appear to have enough Velcro the size of the holder. On sunny days it reflects the sun right into your eyes, unfortunately, under my sunglasses.Overall, I think it’s time to shop at a real store where you can check it out before you buy. Amazon's return policy and procedure are not what they used to be and it's really a pain to return something.

The bag will slip around just using the straps it comes with
I added Velcro to my top tube under the center and it does not slip around now. I also added a Velcro strap to the front tie point.

Very nice
Good quality, looks just like the picture, the part for the phone looks like it would even hold a small tablet, the side pouches are pretty roomy.

Faulty phone bag resulted in cracked iPhone!
Weak Velcro on the phone bag attachment! It fell off my sons bike when he hit a hole and his iPhone screen cracked!! I do like the side bags, it comes in handy for storing small belongings on a bike ride.

My phone (Samsung Galaxy S5) fits perfectly. My husband has a Samsung Galaxy J7 Sky Pro and his fits fine too! The bags on the side are perfect size for snacks and tools! I bought 2 of these for myself and my husband's bikes.

The phone part is hopless. I use it as storage
Phone gets TOO HOT during the summer and you can't see the screen through the reflection of the phone as part.The phone part is useless. I just use it as a small storage for my wallet and keys.

Zipper broke
Zipper broke after a few weeks of use. Other than that it’s good for storage. Doesn’t help when you can’t close it though.
