Doesn't need refrigeration
I have researched extensively prebiotics and probiotics. This products has significant amounts of all good bacteria. Most good bacteria needs to be in an environment that it does not get too hot or too cold so I don't know about the shipping conditions. It does not say it require refrigeration so that means it must be freeze-dried which tells me it takes longer to be activated in my body which means it could pass through my body before they become "alive.". It is gluten-free, non GMO, dairy-free and soy-free which is great.
