Vibration issues
I like this unit but the 1 star is because of an unresolved issue .I purchased the Handi Smok via Amazon $159.95, It is the better model with the flavor infuser. After charging and turning on the fan I noticed a loud grinding and vibration in the unit. I opened the fan chamber and found brass filings under the fan that caused much of the noise. I cleaned that out and while the noise is better it still vibrates, seems like the cast brass fan is considerably unbalanced. I noticed the base of the unit is not ground flat so when turned on and the base not being in full contact exaggerates the vibration. Almost enough to vibrate off my kitchen counter.
