Formulated for spray mists, diffusers, topical and massage blends, and baths. Directions Applications: Spray Mist: Add 10 drops per every 1oz of water in a spray bottle. Shake before each use. Diffuser: Follow your diffuser directions. Aromatherapy: Add 1-3 drops to a tissue, hold near nose and breathe deeply for 30 seconds. Topical: Add 2-3 drops to ½ tsp. carrier oil (Olive, Jojoba, Argan, etc.) and massage onto inner arms or soles of the feet.
