Firstly, the packaging is spectacular!! The bottle is heavy, the topper is a quality metal, and there is a rubber piece that covers the top preventing an leakages. The color is a deep brown and could almost pass for black. The shimmer is subtle, more of a suggeation of glitter than in your face explosion of sparkle. It's a smooth writing ink and I've used it without any problems in multiple pens. I can't wait to buy more colors.

I grew up in the Caribbean were we were required to write with a fountain pen. It's something I still love to do and I have a nice engraved pen. Sometimes its hard to find ink for the pen. I'm glad I found this. It's smooth and a great color!

This was one of the first inks I bought in my FP journey, and it's a great shade. I will come back to this review to provide a writing sample of the ink when I fill it in one of my pens.

Beautiful ink alone or mixed with other inks to create custom colors.

I did pose a question here and received a reply, thank you. But on the back of my bottle, there is no name of the color. I had to go back here to my purchase and look up the order again. The color name was not on the box either. I just like to have the name on the bottle like my other inks. But this is beautiful. It flows nicely, etc.UPDATE: Thank you for one customer who sent a photo of the back of their bottle. Mine does not have that at all. I am just wondering why…but I still love the color.
