Great Lights
Great lights, solid wire harness, beefy and well protected relay, well built kit in every way. I have these mounted upside down* on an Avid Offroad Bar on my Tacoma. I did have to make 2 trips and spent a good solid couple of hours at the hardware store buying different mounting bolts, spacers, lock washers, and nuts as the included hardware would not allow me to solidly mount the lights to my bar either up or down. But once I got my combination of mounting hardware figured out, they mounted just fine.A tip ... I mounted mine with 2 different sized bolts on each ... one square nut followed by a lock nut ... which would require two tools or a lot of time with a crescent wrench for removal by a wannabe thief. I also swapped out one of the screws that mounts the light to the mounting bracket with a flathead screw, so if someone wanted to get them off that way, they'd have to have both a phillips and a flathead with them. Didn't want make it too easy ... hey they are nice lights!*Note - they can be mounted up or down, but you have to flip the class if you mount them down! Otherwise they can fill with water. Instruction are included and easy to follow ... takes maybe 15 minutes a light if you're working carefully.

Bright White
I purchased these PIAA's after doing a lot of homework on everything out on the market. Finally picked this kit for my FJ Cruiser to help light up the road when extra light is needed. Installation made sense and was not too difficult, but that is all hinged on how difficult your car is to work on. I love the color temperature of these lights, it is not at all blue like some would think, it is just pure white. As soon as I got them I took them out for a test drive and forgot to turn them off when an oncoming car came towards me, needless to say I got a high beam flash and a middle finger. The only thing that I did not like about this kit is that there is no internal fuse; I chose to hook the lights up directly to my cars battery and run the switch into the drivers compartment. The simple fix for this was to add an in line fuse into the system. Not a huge deal but I would rather have some sort of safe guard to make sure there are not electrical fires etc. I mounted my lights on my FJ Cruiser to a KC Light Bar also purchased on Amazon, If you have any questions please send me a message!

Nice...but
I bought these for my new 2011 FJ and had already had Rigid D2s installed in the lower grill for fog and aux lighting. I figured these would compliment them nicely. Here is the outcome. I replaced my stock headlight bulbs with philips extreme power bulbs and they are a little better than stock. The PIAA 520ATP (85 watt version) are like having an extra set of headlights but brighter and much whiter - happy so far. Then I turn on the D2s, which are mounted lower than the PIAAS and give awesome spill as well as distance, and my PIAAs pretty much disappear. The D2s are that good and they are small and only draw about 52 watts per pair as opposed to 170 for the PIAAs. I am still happy with the PIAAs and they look great on the bumper but if I did it all over again, I would mount another pair of D2s behind my upper grill (with custom cutouts) and have the bottom two in amber.

May be dangerous
Here is the issue, and it is rather serious. The second time I turned on my lights, the passenger side light exploded. Not the bulb itself - but the glass housing. The pressure was enough to blow off the plastic guard, the screwed in metal ring and put the glass into hundreds of pieces which bounced off the back of the garage. Had someone been standing in the path, there would have been serious injury. When I contacted PIAA about this, the response was basically "who cares?" ?????? Seriously!?!? They did offer to replace the shattered glass if I sent it in, but absolutely NO apology for the glass explosion.I spent a few hours routing wires through the engine compartment, under the cowl, and through the firewall - so I am going to stick with these lights. But it seriously concerns me that their customer service department seems so indifferent. To Amazon, I would give 5 stars - they sent out a replacement immediately at no cost when PIAA wanted me to send it in at my cost for "analysis".Had this not been installed carefully and painstakingly, if the light pattern was not great - I would give these one star. But for a BRAND NEW light to just explode is a SERIOUS issue - and now I will have to deal with PIAA warranty which seems FAR from great. I hope that I don't have the problem ever again. If I do, I will remove these and chalk it up as a $200 mistake - but for $100/light it shouldn't even be a POSSIBILITY much less one dismissed by PIAA as minor.

Good light; short-lived, expensive bulbs
My application is 4x4 offroad and rock crawling on a Jeep Wrangler. Originally I loved these lights. Too bright for road use (mounted at base of windshield pillar), but great for trail use and times when no oncoming cars. Then I started going through bulbs and a relay. The first I chalked up to bad luck. then a second, third and now I'm contemplating replacing the lights. Bulbs here on Amazon run about $40; you can do the math. I've already paid for a set of replacement lights. I also run a pair of Rigid Industries SRM LEDs and I would replace these ATP 520's with a pair of Rigid D-SS. The Rigid LEDs are smaller, as good or better light, draw less power and are more durable. While this is not a review of Rigid, I feel halogen lights have been made all but obsolete by quality LEDs.

Wow! Superbe ensemble, le prix reflète la qualité ...
Wow !

Two lights that came out of same box have diffetent beam pattern!
The light is nice, build quality is decent. Wires coming out of light housings look horrible. Probably 3-5c$ plastics. PIAA customers service is taking 2 months to replace a defective lense.

Lights are good. I bought two kits
Lights are good. I bought two kits. Wired them exactly the same and one of the kits relays blew after one night. I'm half sold on this product
