I detest lukewarm coffee/tea! This warmer solved my problem of running back and forth to the microwave to re-heat. However, the surface of the product proved too vulnerable. The glass top shattered.

Nothing else to say it does what it's supposed to do .. I don't know about durability , I've only had it a short time ..

Wow. Perfect. This really keeps your beverage warm. One thing, there is no main power switch and the unit will turn on if anything is sat on it, so be careful.

I love the fact the weight of the cup turns the warmer on automatically. Love it and works perfectly.

Ok as long I did not live my cup on it; can get over heated.

The glass surface cracked and broke within days of having this.The design for the auto-on is a button on the bottom. So when you set your cup on it, the weight of your mug turns it on. That also means no auto shut off to prevent overheating, etc. Hence my cracked glass surface making it unsafe.One star because it's super cute and looks like a fat iphone. I will have to find something else that works better now. Super sad. :(
