Used to replace the bearings in a garden windmill.
I used to love watching my neighbor's 5' garden windmill wobble and spin in response to the wind. Unfortunately the bearings got so worn out that he put the whole thing out at the curb on trash day.I rescued it, and decided to completely rebuild and repaint it.Measured the inside diameter of the "fan" hub, and the outside diameter of the and then searched on Amazon for new bearings. The dimensions were nearly exact, a bit tight on the weathervane shaft (3/8") and a bit loose in the fan hub. Sandpaper solved the weathervane shaft problem, and a double coat of spray paint took care of the fit in the fan hub.I added a few twists of copper wire to the light side of the fan blade for balance, and VOILA! It doesn't wobble anymore. It is completely silent and smooth running.The bearings are NOT SEALED, so put a drop of oil on them every month or so.

Fit my garden windmill perfectly!
My garden windmill was damaged in a storm. Overturned & broke the plastic encased ball bearings. I ordered these & it was a perfect fit!

Too much play.
Used it to make a stained glass wind mobile. The wheels had too much play for my purposes. Could not recommend

Fits exactly
They fit exactly into my windmill. I did the trick of freezing the bearings and heating the insert. Use a light grease for less friction.

inside and outside diameter and not the picture shown.
Wrong diameter for inside flange. Will be returning product. Did not accurately describe product; however, provided a picture that looks identical to my windmill.
