Great design with large buttons and simple to use. The volume for a hearing aid wearer could be abit better.

great phone if you have a hearing problems of any sort .it allows you to hear with no problemon the other hand if you have a caller who shouts when talking you can lower the volume on this phone which can be a blessing also

Had high hopes for this. For a disabled relative as they can't use a handset so the handsfree speakerphone was the reason for purchase.Well it didn't work. It was 3' away and the mic didn't pick up their voice. 6" away shouting into it yielded audio that chopped in and out for the remote end plus voice out the speaker was too quiet.It just didn't work as advertised and was returned.

So far is very satisfactory.

Had to return as faulty and never got full refund for some weird reason
