Textured Bead Embroidery: Learn to Make Inspired Pins, Pendants, Earrings, and More

This is a wonderful book on bead embroidery. The Fundamental Techniques section of this book is awesome. The instructions are very precise and well illustrated. Basic techniques as well as innovative ones are included. The Bead Directory section show various techniques and applications for using different shapes and types of beads. The projects in this book are fun. If you are tired of the same old, same old, pick up this book for some new inspiration. But my favorite part of the book is a section in the back called Personalize Your Pieces that walks you through the process of coming up with your own design. I would definitely recommend adding this book to your shelf.

Just received this book a few days ago and really haven't had the time to read all the way through. But what I have read, I like. Author Linda Landy gives loads of details about exactly what you have to do step by step to achieve the stitching needed for certain beads and appearance. I'm a bead embroidery jewelry designer, and I'm all about learning even more skills. A great book for my beading library!

This book has beautiful illustrations. If you're a bead embroidery enthusiast, I would highly recommend this for your library.

This is a great book for all skill levels. It includes several wonderful projects covering many techniques. Linda is a fabulous teacher and she has transferred her teaching skills to paper with easy to follow instructions. I love this book. Thanks

Nothing exceptional but quite well explained and detailed with print outs for several pieces, and it has been beautifully photographed of finished projects.

Love her work. This isn't a traditional pattern book, as the techniques do not really lend themselves to instructions containing the number of beads and stitches to use. Her ideas are very creative and her work is inspirational. So d___ many beads and so little time. Sigh.

excellent book, ideal for those who want to take their beading skills a step further. Clear instructions, nice photos, and some lovely projects to stimulate the creative process. I can't wait to get started on at least two of the projects here and this book is on my favourites shelf.

Lots of interesting projects for me to try. Never done bead embroidery before, so looking forward to getting my teeth into some unusual projects.
