Got the job done, not the best quality.
Purchased this in a hurry to be able to bring two kayaks with us camping. Getting them on my 2017 Rogue was a little more time consuming than I'd planned for. The lock just refused to work for two of the ends once it was on the car (key wouldn't turn all the way). So I put the end cap in place with some of the rubber strip in between which kept the locking piece in place, though not locked. Rack stayed mounted for the week we were away with no issues. Once I got home I took them off my car because between the rack and the kayak racks it was killing my mpg and I do a lot of driving. When I went to take them off, the rubber part over the inside grip on both racks just fell off. Not sure how it was secured on there in the first place, probably some super glue will solve that problem for next time I need them. Decent buy for the price, as long as you're not looking for a long term solution.

Not universal
The crossbar quality seems high for the price point, though i’m going to have to return as they don’t fit the rails on my 2019 Jeep Cherokee, specifically they could be easily pulled off even after being fully tightened and locked in. I wouldn’t have downrated these had I purchased the incorrect size, but I think the manufacturer should hold some accountability when marketing a product as universal. At the price, I was even happy to keep the bars and purchase compatible locks, though this appears to be the only product Triten Automotive sells, so that won’t be possible.

Great quality for the price!
Love them so far!Low profile crossbars with great quality for a great price. What else can you ask for?I was skeptical when I ordered them because they only had one 5-star review when I got them. They look sturdy enough but I haven't put them to the test with my new bike racks so I will be updating after that if something goes wrong, which I doubt.I'm using them on a Nissan Rogues Sport 2017 and couldn't be happier! And I just noticed they went up on price.Highly recommended!

Couldn’t bother to ship it securely enough to keep pieces in the box.
I’d love to give a review on the quality of the crossbars or on how easy it is to install. But I can’t. The box, which was already a mess and looked like it had been a return from another customer, had only 4 pieces of tape on it. This left massive gaps large enough for what appears to be two of the end caps and the keys to have fallen out of the box during shipping. If an organization can’t take the time to ensure things arrive on time and with all the pieces I have to assume that they are unable to build a quality product. Unfortunately I can’t confirm this.I rated 1 star for ease of install because I can’t install them at all. I rated 1 star for value for money because I can’t use the item that I purchased. But, they get 5 stars for security features because the keys aren’t in it and without the keys even I can’t get them open to install them.

Seemed strong but definitely wasn't
Purchased this product to carry kayaks. Seemed strong and sturdy, but the first time using it the front bracket on the drivers side broke causing the other 3 brackets to brake loose from the vehicle and flying off of the vehicle. This took place while going down the hwy. Thank God the kayaks didn't cause an accident. Not impressed with this at all.

What more could you ask for? Great product, price, and quality!
Was a bit skeptical at first with zero reviews but I am so glad I purchased it. I needed some crossbars to be able to transport my kayak up north to our cottage. The Triten crossbars stood out to me with there elegant Aero profile (a lot quieter) and they look even better in person! It came with all of the tools needed to mount which was a major plus. Overall I would highly recommend!

Easy install - Tool could be longer
I have not attached a cargo carrier to it yet, but will update this review after my road trip next week. Install took about 2 hours, and that’s mainly because half way through attaching the second rail I realized the first rail was not evenly perpendicular. My only complaint would be that the tool that comes with the kit could be about an inch longer. Not worth knocking off a star though.

Overall great quality for the price!
Overall, the roof racks performed great! I had 2 kayaks with J-Racs on top for a 16 hour round trip with a top speed of 85 mph (75 mph average for the trip). I had no issues with the racks loosening or anything. Only slight issue I had was the little bit of whistling at higher speeds which we got used to on the long trip.
