It can be worn overnight or through the day and it still absorbs even after a lot of movement like walking or tossing and turning in bed. It also is really good about readjusting many hours after it’s put on when it starts to get loose around the waist which is usually a problem in other brands. They put more absorbent material in the back on this one so when you’re laying down like when you’re sleeping it doesn’t leak from the bottom or top. It would be good for boys or girls. This one is almost perfect. It only needs the elastic stretch and single wide tapes to be perfect. That’s the only thing I don’t like about diapers my size is that the bottom tapes always cause irritation but this one you can pull it tight and attach it higher and it will still seal around your leg good. I wish the price was a little lower for only 10 of them but I guess you get what you pay for. If you buy these they will work good and you won’t wish you had bought something different. I wore the first one for 24 hours before I was changed and there was no issue until right before I got changed it leaked just a little bit at the bottom because I was sitting down. Also the inside doesn’t hurt at all and is really soft so it doesn’t rub or anything. You just have to get the wings to sit flat without them getting bunched up on your hips otherwise it will start to rash like the other ones.
