Very hard to get on - awkward to sleep in... don't get.

The strap does its job well. But, I find it very uncomfortable when I sleep on my side or on my stomach. It is so uncomfortable that it will wake me.

I have sleep apnea. The best headgear does not have a very good chin strap option and so I ordered the anti-snoring chin strap from G7. I sometimes wake up at night with a dry mouth--I am sure from not being able to keep my mouth closed at night. When I tried this chin strap I was happy that it was so comfortable--just snug enough without being tight. It also does not interfere with my headgear for my CPAP. After several nights with the chin strap I can report that I do not have dry mouth anymore. It also makes my CPAP more effective, I believe, by not allowing the air pressure from the CPAP to escape from out of my mouth. I feel a little bit more rested when I wake up, which is nice.The quality of the chin strap is high. The manufacturer has taken a lot of care to make it comfortable. I would suggest it to everyone who needs help with their sleep apnea or who just want to stop snoring. I believe that keeping your mouth shut will help stop your snoring and contribute to a better sleep. The nasal dilators look to be very good quality. I do not use them because I have my CPAP headgear.

It's a little uncomfortable. But it did work. Just takes time to get used to wearing.

Nice product, good quality. Worked to keep my mouth shut-and that’s saying something...but made my beard itch like ohmahgawd. Not the product’s fault but not going naked face for it.Nose plugs are an added bonus. I thought they were going to uncomfortable snot catchers, but they are actually comfortable and reduced My reverberating snoring quite a bit

Going on, it Feels a bit like an all Velco contraption, a bit confusing.The little nose openers are Great!

The item is well made, but only seems to be suitable for people that have an issue with their tongue closing their airway/restriction of the airways, rather than someone whos stomach pushes up against their diaphragm. It was also fiddly to put on and you need to keep hold of the piece of paper that comes with it to ensure you can refer back to it.

Ich schnarche zum Leidwesen meiner Frau nicht nur am Rücken, sondern auch wenn ich auf der Seite liege.Ich habe den Kinnriemen wirklich straff gestellt, was dazu führte, dass ich irgendwann in der Nacht mit starken Kopfschmerzen aufwachte. Aber mein Schnarchen hat es trotzdem nicht unterbunden.Das Problem ist einfach, dass trotzdem die Zunge nach hinten in den Rachenraum fällt und man somit schnarcht.Ich habe es nach zwei Versuchen wieder sein lassen. Die Nasenpropfen -oder wie immer man das nennt- habe ich nicht ausprobiert. Die hätten die Physik (Schwerkraft) aber auch nicht außer Kraft gesetzt.

Maybe it's just me, but I couldn't sleep well with this thing on my head. Woke up several times during the night due to the strap, until I gave up and took it away. I tried 3 different nights but never could make it.The nose slits didn't work for me either.

Two stars as it arrived promptly. Waste of good money though as it doesn't make any difference whatsoever to snoring. Ear plugs are the way to go 😂

Das Produkt hat bei mir überhauptnicht geholfen. Hat sogar das Schnarchen verstärkt! Den Einsatz zum Nasenaufweiten musste ich jeden morgen im Bett suchen! Keine Kaufempfelung von mir.
