I was skeptical of this and just wanted to try it out and see what happened. After using the entire first bag I can confirm this product is extremely helpful! I have always been a snacker and eat what ever is in the room person, but when I take this I can 100% feel a difference in needing to eat all the time. The strawberry cream flavor is also not terrible! I've tried plenty of drinks where they end up chalky or grainy and I can say this one is the best so far with no bad after taste or textures.

This stuff really helps me sleep at night. I drink about an hour before I want to fall asleep. It's been a great addition to my nightly routine to be able to wind down. The tropical tangerine and the lemon lime are both great, next I plan to try Pina colada. I wish they made more flavors in the larger tub (not individual packets), because it is a little more economical. I do subscribe and save because I have 1 every night!

First I want to start off by saying this is one of the best tasting powders I’ve ever tried. Most of them always have an odd like chalky aftertaste. This one does not. It dissolves very easy in water and I loved using it with crushed ice took it over the top! I do think my sleep quality was better after drinking this twice a day for about 2 weeks. I did drink this along with taking saffron to try to help with my overall mood and I believe it did help me. There are a lot of claims that this product helps you to lose weight as well. While I did not lose weight I did see a difference in my bloated looking stomach. Overall this is a quality drink that I would order again I just wish it didn’t cost so much. I guess if you’re not drinking the way the directions say it will last you a while but drinking two a day it runs out really quick for the price of it.

I originally ordered Supercalm for myself, but it works so well that my husband started taking it too! We’ve both noticed a real difference in our mood, how we feel throughout the day, and it’s definitely helping us get better sleep at night. Bonus — it actually tastes really good! I decided to give Nello SuperCalm a try after seeing ads on social media sites and a few influencers I follow drink it. I like the on-the-go packaging so that I can mix my drink at work or when I'm ready to enjoy it. The taste is really nice and it dissolves without leaving alot of mix at the bottom. The lemon lime is not too sweet and has the right amount of tartness like a lemonade. It's too early to tell if it's working but I have noticed that I sleep better and I'm not as crabby after work =) I'll end up buying a few more packages because I like the taste and it's an easier way to get my magnesium for the day.

I like the taste. I am hoping it will be calming I did have to give it a few more stairs. It has a nice fruity flavor. I may revisit this post. I'm hoping that it is effective! Thank you!
