Gummies are my preferred method.i was really curious about these because of the cantaloupe flavor. i get a lot of different gummy vitamins and they are almost always mixed berry or peach/mango flavor. i have never seen cantaloupe flavor before.First impression once i got the bottle open, they kind of stink. Thankfully they do not taste the way the smell. They actually taste just like canteloupe. Flavor and texure are very good.i've used these every night since they have arrived. Recommended dosage is 2 gummies, but so far i have found just one is enough to help me get to sleep. Keep in mind, i am a small person so 2 gummies may be required for most people. i've been falling asleep with 15-20 min of taking the gummy.
