Yes, this watch is Swiss  movement. 
It is hackable.
It also has optional manual wind.
The idiotic review that says it is not automatic is entirely wrong. The instructions he quoted is to inform how to hand wind the movement. 
A movement that is automatic, but not also hand wind, is inferior. Almost all the very expensive automatic divers watches are hand winnable also. So that you do not have to wear this watch every day, because it can always be hand wound when it runs down because you are not wearing it, or not active enough while wearing it.

The movement inside this watch is "Claro 888". You can Google it and read opinions and facts from watch enthusiasts and even find a website for the manufacturer of this movement.
The gist of it : yes, the movement is Swiss-made. 
But the company making it is from Asia. 
You have to understand that label "SWISS-MADE" in the context of watches is strictly regulated legal term. It is complicated. Again, you can Google it yourself. But, basically, it doesn't mean that the item is 100% made in Switzerland out of 100% Swiss made parts. The label "Swiss-made" can be applied to items which are mostly assembled in Switzerland and most of the cost of the item is spent on Swiss assembly/manufacturing.

The movement inside this watch (Claro 888) is a low-cost copy of a much better known ETA Swiss movement. 
There are critical/negative opinion about this Claro movement floating around.

The reason behind the price of this watch is due to many factors. Firstly, it has a Swiss Automatic Movement fully assembled and hand finished and adjusted in Switzerland by certified watchmakers in a specially engineered lab. The premium pricing associated with such a product usually commands a price at minimum over twice what we are offering. I can call out other brands for their inflated prices but we try to refrain from that sort of thing. Other features that contribute to the costs we incurred when creating this fine timepiece – 200M water resistance lab tested on every watch, unique chamfered bracelet design and higher quality materials. This is a niche product, meant only for customers who recognize the added value we are offering, and are willing to invest more into an item they will hopefully wear and enjoy every single day.
