Unfortunately this clock didn’t work at all, it fails to tick properly (albeit silently).In terms of trouble shooting, I double checked all 3 hands were not touching or rubbing and even tried various batteries (including opening a new box to ensure it was a fair test)... to no avail.I’m certainly not a technician but from what I can tell, it seems the cogs or internal mechanism at the back are jamming after about 40/50 seconds, meaning the 3rd (seconds) hand stops moving completely.In conclusion, this item has not lived up to my expectations and will obviously be returned, it looks good but utterly pointless if it doesn’t work.

The media could not be loaded.  Quite an attractive clock but as you can see from my video - the clock is faulty. It was making a loud repetitive “ticking” noise (not like a ‘second’ ticking sound but rather a stuck ticking sound) earlier as the ‘second’ hand got stuck. Now the noise has stopped but it is still getting stuck. Useless in this condition. I contacted Amazon and they have organised for it to be fully refunded (including cost of postage) as soon as I return it which I am happy with. It is an attractive clock but pity it doesn’t work. However the hands on the clock look very flimsy and ‘cheap’. I’m awarding 3 stars on the basis of the very good customer service and the attractive design. Minus 2 stars for not working and also cheap looking hands.

Firstly, how can this be classed as an external clock as the battery compartment is open to the elements. Secondly, the temperature gauge is neither use nor ornament, its readings are no way near the actual temperature. Thirdly, the clock keeps on losing 15 minutes here and there. Yes it's a new battery and yes I can tell the time - something this clock cannot do.

This clock is a great disappointment. I want to return it for a refund. Battery changed but it still loses about 20 minutes per hour.Please contact me to return clock. I have had to purchase a different one.This clock was ordered on 6th November, 2020.

This clock looked like it had been photoshoped on the Amazon site but when you get it, it looks so much better.I thought a 12inch clock would be to big but i was wrong, this about the right size.As for being silent well you cant hear a thing, you have to check the second handto make sure its working. I would highly recommend this clock, it looks great thehands do not get stuck, and with the added second hand its a wow clock.

A lovely looking clock however the big hand and second hand keep catching at the number 8 causing it to stop. I love the look but have to keep changing it to the right time. Should have gone for a more expensive one but you get what you pay for

the screw that you use to set the hands was missing i want a refund but you you need a phone that as the qr app on i do not have a phone so i have a clock that i can not use and no refund

Love the colour and quality of this clock. The numbers are not really visible at night but you can see the hands to tell the time because of the colour of the hands on the dark wood.Matches my doors and blends in really well.
