A bit more detail: I ordered this at the same time that I ordered a Quest 3, since I wasn’t sure about how I was going to use the headset for PCVR. I have an aging PCIe4.0 Gigabyte Mobo, in a case with USB-A 3.2 ports. This cable worked perfectly using the headset with Meta Quest Link. That said, my main PCVR workflows are with SteamVR. Through trial and testing, I found that the best experience with SteamVR is to use the SteamVR Link app on the headset. It connects to my PC via WIFI and works very well. There is no need to be tethered to the PC and it offers a bit more freedom while playing. Summary: If you need a USB-A to USB-C cable for your VR setup, this cable is a decent solution. The PD option to keep devices like the Quest 3 charged while playing is a huge plus for longer gaming sessions.
