Accusure simple purchased on 5th December is not working
I purchased accuSure simple from Amazon on 5 th December 2024. I very rarely check my blood sugar. Now it is not working. I tried changing the battery, buying new strips but it doesn't work

The. Product id not working. Once the strip is inserted it once again hoes back to OFF mode. Tried replacing the battery. The device does not sense the strip after insertion.
