Would this give an accurate result or should i do another test?** A: Not sure, so repeat is my advice. **Q: Do you have tostill be eating gluten before you do the test?** A: yes! At least 6 slices of bread a day for at least 4 weeks, preferably 6 weeks. Instructions are good and talk you through all different stages of the test. I also used you tube and watched a short clip which also helped. The test has helped me rule out a gluten sensitivity but also steered me towards looking at all the foods I am eating and have ordered a book from Amazon Mary Roe which is a book about intolerance to certain foods which is due to arrive this week. No amount of squeezing my finger could have created blood drops large enough to be drawn into the pipette.Just go to your GP for a blood test.
