Resistance Bands Set with Handles, Exercise Bands Stackable up to 150lbs

I'm so happy with my purchase. Each resistant band is colour coded with the weight limit clearly visible. It comes with a lot of accessories like handles, ankle cuffs, door stop, instruction manual and an exercise chart which shows the muscle groups being worked. All the equipment fits nicely into the bag provided. Very good value for money.

I have used these resistance bands now for approximately two weeks and so far, they appear very durable, well made, fit for purpose and definitely worth the money.

I purchased the COFOF Resistance Bands Set. While I am incredibly impressed with the manufacturing and materials, I am mildly underwhelmed by the actual resistance they provide. Here is a breakdown of my experience to help you decide if this set is right for your fitness goals. Build Quality & Material The build quality is undeniably great. I opted for the Multicolor set, and it feels like a premium product. These are made from 100% natural rubber (latex) rather than the cheaper TPE plastic found in budget bands. This means they stretch incredibly smoothly, lack that awful chemical smell, and feel highly durable against snapping. The hardware (clips and carabiners) also feels sturdy and secure. Resistance & Performance This is where the set falls a bit short for me. While the product advertises being stackable up to 150 lbs, the actual tension is noticeably less than expected. Even when combining several bands, it simply doesn't feel equivalent to the stated weight. If you are an experienced lifter or looking to push yourself with heavy resistance, you will likely feel mildly underwhelmed and find yourself maxing out the entire stack very quickly. Size, Weight, & Ease of Use The entire kit weighs just 1.05 kg, making it incredibly lightweight and travel-friendly. The ease of use is another strong point. The manufacturer includes a beautifully detailed workout poster with clear illustrations, so you never have to guess how to perform an exercise. They even include a clever "Door Warning" hanger card to place on the outside of your door when using the door anchor—a brilliant safety touch! Value If you are a beginner, recovering from an injury, or simply want a light pump while traveling, this is still a fantastic value due to the sheer quality of the materials and the premium packaging. However, if you are buying this specifically for heavy strength training, the value diminishes because you will outgrow the resistance fairly quickly. Pros: Excellent Build Quality: Premium 100% natural latex construction that stretches smoothly and safely. Portable: Lightweight (1.05kg) and easy to pack away in the included bag. Great Extras: Comes with comfortable handles, ankle straps, a sturdy door anchor, and a helpful workout poster. Cons: Lighter Tension: The resistance is less than expected and doesn't feel entirely accurate to the advertised 150 lbs. Stacking Hassle: Because the individual bands are on the lighter side, you have to clip a lot of them together at once to get a moderate workout, which takes extra time between exercises. Common Buyer Questions Answered: Will these snap? Because they are made from natural latex rather than cheap plastic, their durability is fantastic. The build quality gives a lot of peace of mind. Is it good for building heavy muscle? Likely not. The tension is a bit underwhelming for advanced users, so it is better suited for toning, mobility work, or beginners. Is the door anchor safe? Yes, the anchor is thick and robust. Just make sure you pull against the frame of a closed door, and use the included warning hanger. Verdict: This is a beautifully made set of resistance bands with great accessories, but it is best suited for light to moderate workouts. I was mildly underwhelmed by the max resistance, but I am keeping them purely because the build quality is so great for warmups and travel!

Absolutely amazing for those who travel perfect to bang in ya case for after work they have lasted me time and there still going strong love them good quality and decent price for how adaptable and convenient they are

Have just received this, and before even using it I fell in love with my purchase. Everything is so well done, with so much detail and helpful tips also for using the bands. And safety too, with a nice little note from Tim which is a nice personal touch, makes the product that bit more valuable. After having a little play around with them I see no issues at all and every part seems well made and I look forward to getting good use out of them and enjoying what I can do with them thanks to all the helping tips and ideas that come with the bands. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Firstly these bands look - and work well. Comfortable handles, nice travel bag and well made. They offer a good workout with minimal fuss. Use them 20 minutes everyday. However as with all this type of band they have a fairly short (3 or 4 weeks of moderate 20 minutes per day use) working life. First they start to lose elasticity, then they crack in half at a random point. Sometimes they twang in two halves which catches you with surprise. So good, but bank on repeat purchases if used regularly.

Although these are not the cheapest resistance bands on the market, they are a quality job. Well worth the slightly higher price. I was delighted with the build quality and the excellent exercise chart. The coloured bands have the nominal resistance clearly marked on the ends. They are very good.

this is my second set the original was lost in the move but this is a good and easy solution to exercise without heavy cost or valuable floor space being used

I probably didn't really need ore resistance bands but I had things in boxes while cleaning out stuff and couldn't find the bands I already have so I thought, ok, I'll buy another set. I must have at least four sets now. Resistance bands are a great way to exercise IMO. They are very portable and easy to set up and use, and gentler on the body than other forms of weights if that's what you need. I admit that I was drawn to this set because I liked the colors (black, turquoise, gray, pinks) but I wouldn't have gotten them if they didn't fit my needs as far as the "weight" and accessories and especially the quality. Lots of good reviews. I appreciate that the carry bag is just the right size for the bands, handles/straps and not oversized. I have others that either came without a bag or where the bag is bigger than needed. This set isn't bulky, easy to set on a shelf or in a drawer all in the bag if you don't want to leave the bands out. For me the foam-covered handles are just right; enough to make them comfortable and not hard but not so much that they are "mushy" as some I've had. The set comes with hand grips/straps, straps to wrap around your ankles, and an over-the-door strap all of which are are useful. There are lots of resistance band options and most of them really are just as good but if you like colors beyond the primaries (red/green/blue/black) these come in some good color options. They were also a very good price at the time I bought them. Prices change a lot and I haven't compared them now but for me, this nice set of bands in colors that really like is a great deal. I'm glad to have and use them.

Reasonably priced. Recommended by my personal trainer. Handles are comfortable. I just started using and have not tried the door anchor yet. Includes 5 different resistance bands, training poster and instruction manual. Looking forward to setting up a routine.

Decent set for the price and good for at-home workouts, especially if you’re just trying to stay consistent without bulky equipment. The handles are comfortable and the setup is easy to use. My only note is that the resistance doesn’t quite match what’s advertised. The heavier bands don’t feel as challenging as the weight suggests. Still usable, just not as intense as expected if you’re used to heavier gym resistance. Good for light to moderate workouts, toning, and travel workouts, but not a full replacement for heavier strength training.
