Return policy
Though product was defective. But entire boat team returned me new upgraded unit hassle free. I must really appreciate efforts in resolving my issue i.e. to in stipulated time period. Tks team once again

Sound quality is not satisfactory. Mobile phone sound quality is more better than this speaker.
