bike hanger

I wanted to hang two large bikes on the wall to free up space on my patio. I wasn't sure if these nice looking hangers would work but they are perfect! Not only do they look good, and easily lift up against the wall when bikes are removed, but they took 10 minutes to install. I went out and got heavy duty screws figuring I would have to replace what came with the hangers but was pleasantly surprised to find everything I needed for any kind of installment I did all high quality heavy duty screws and bolts. This was a great surprise considering the price was so good. And don't let the slim look fool you. My son's 65 lb Giant mountain bike is held up easily.

Was looking for something to hang the bikes in the garage for some extra space to get both cars in there. These were good value because it came with 2 hangers. Just what I was looking for. Pretty easy install on concrete even with the hardware provided(that other reviews have complained about). I see no problem with the hardware if you are going to use on concrete. Bikes way about 45lbs each and these hangers are sturdy and have held them up perfectly so far. Over a month in same spot without even moving an inch. Highly recommend if your looking to get bikes out of the way and get some garage space.

The drywall screws are a sham, for them to work there must be wood behind the dry way. A) how do I know if my garage has wood behind the drywall if it is covered by the drywall (super asinine) B) if there is no wood behind the drywall, what then? I will make my final attempt on the concrete side tomorrow. Just waiting for my finger to recuperate from those awful drywall screws. Wish me luck ( I will update this once I try again, if not I am returning this.

Includes everything necessary to install them. Easy to install

The product came with two different kinds of fasteners, metal anchors and plastic anchors, plus screws. The instructions were very confusing, and turns out, also wrong. They state that you should use the big metal anchors in drywall, and the bright yellow plastic anchors in studs. When actually, the plastic anchors included are drywall anchors. I'm not sure what the metal anchors were for, but definitely not for drywall. Another challenge is that a drill bit of the correct size is not included, so you have to measure and/or guess what bit you need. That's the part we did wrong, we used the wrong size drill bit so the plastic anchors didn't have anything to fasten into - the screws were just spinning in the anchors. Our second attempt with a smaller bit was successful, and we are confident that the bike rack will stay in the wall. You can see from the photo how I'm using the rack, this is perfect for a small apartment with no floor space to spare for something with as big a footprint as a bike. This bike is about 30 pounds. I bought the 2-piece set because we're planning to get a second bike.

These are perfect for my bikes. No complaints at all!

Its struggling to hold my kids bikes. They're attached directly to 6x6s so that part isnt the issue. Angling them is super fun too? Theyre not wanting to stay put

Installed these in my garage to hold two mountain bikes. I skipped using the provided hardware and used my own 3 inch screws drilled into wall studs. Each arm seems nice and sturdy. The ability to flip them up is convenient when the bikes aren't being stored. And the rubberized hooks won't scratch the paint plus provide a little more friction to hold the bike in place in your desired orientation instead of leaning to one side or another. Will buy more once the kids are old enough for bikes of their own.

Not able to handle medium weight bikes. Brackets nearly failed.

Not adjustable angle as mentioned. It's fixed. It's really disappointing
