The Meta Quest 3S is an excellent headset, especially if you’re new to virtual reality. It’s easy to set up, comfortable to wear, and the performance is impressive for the price. Games run smoothly, and the controllers are responsive and intuitive. The mixed reality features are a nice bonus, and there’s a huge library of games and fitness apps to choose from. Whether you’re gaming, exercising or just exploring VR, there’s plenty of content to keep you entertained. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the 128GB storage. It fills up faster than you might expect once you start installing larger games, so you’ll probably find yourself managing storage or deleting titles over time. If your budget allows, I’d recommend considering the larger storage model. Overall though, it’s fantastic value and a great way to get into VR.

The Quest Store is packed with content, from thrilling shooters to social apps like VRChat, immersive theatre everywhere, ensuring there’s always something new to explore. The standalone design is a game-changer—no wires, no hassle—just pure fun. While I love it, I noticed a slight radial blur with the lenses at times, though it’s not frequent enough to detract from the experience. Great battery life but have decided to buy the extra battery headset with 6000mah. 3rd party for £40. Extending life from 2hours to 4.5 hours. For the price, this is an incredible budget VR device that delivers big on entertainment. I’m already considering upgrading to the Quest 3 for even crisper visuals, but the 3S is a fantastic entry point. Highly recommend for anyone looking to dive into VR. You won’t regret it.

Seamless options to customize it for yourself. Tousands of games, experiences, apps in the store. Some of them are free and you can subscribe to the Meta+ which is contains many games for a monthly fee. You are able to watch 180 / 360 movies, alone or with your friends. Play together many games. I'm a 3D modeler and using it to explore my own created envirovments in Unreal engine. - Augmented reality is much more immersive then the Meta quest 2. - You can use it with the controllers, or hand gestures as well. - The Battery lasts for about 2hours max, depends on what are you playing on. - The Head strap is comfy, you have to find the right tightness and sweetspot. - The lenses are great, even with my glasses. - Great functionality. - Easy to connect to a Windows PC 10/11 - With Airlink cable or Wi-Fi - The BATMAN game is absolutely EPIC!
