would recommend
I got this for a European vacation and it served its purpose. If I'm honest, I dont think there is a miracle pillow out there LOL But this was comfortable and I did sleep with it for awhile on the flight. It can attach to your suitcase for easy transport. The fabric and sewing are good quality. It is a nice texture.

Saved my neck alignment stability while I sleep
I have used two versions of these over the years since one wore out after a year, because I used it every night when I slept. I had an upper cervical alignment issue with C1 and C2 vertebrae staying aligned due to my chin being tucked down to my chest/shoulder during the night. This pillow is a miracle to alleviate this damaging position occurring each night. I highly recommend this and even though i do not travel, I can see how this support pillow would keep a head from dropping down causing a stiff neck or worse. I appreciate this invention from across the pond.

Provides Support and Soft but Bulky
I was really curious about this neck pillow as I've tried so many before. The round donut ones isn't very comfortable and I'm always flopping my head forward and it actually hurts my neck rather than support it. I also have the blow up travel cube where you put your face in the hole on top and provides neck support with height. I kept seeing this and it looks like it would be a way to lay on my side with support. After trying it out at home (haven't had a chance to use it on a plane yet), I would say it does offer support and it is soft. I still feel like I will need to lay on the side of the window rather than being stationary. I like that the instructions are on the pillow because it looked oddly strange and at first did not know what to do. It's easy enough to figure out. I removed a point because I don't think I will be bringing this along as much because of it's size and bulkiness. I have to cram it into the bag it comes with and it's just not compacted enough for everyday travel.

A bit fussy to set up; I'm not yet sold
The product photos show a small upper headrest cradling the side of the head but actually it seems to come across my eyes, particularly if I'm wearing my over-the-ear noise cancelling headphones. The entire pillow can be rotated away from my face but then there's too much of a pillow behind my head/neck, and the main reason I've been looking for an alternative to a horseshoe neck pillow is to avoid too much stuff behind my neck & head. The foam filling is stiffer than I'd like. I'd prefer a "squish mallow" softness so it doesn't end up forcing my neck into odd postures. I wish the carrying case had a loop to facilitate hanging the pillow off my carryon backpack. There's one on the pillow next to the stow pocket for the neck strap so with some attention when stuffing the pillow into the case the loop can reach out the end of the case. I'm booked for a trip to Asia in a few months so I'll continue testing this on domestic flights but I'm not yet convinced this will work.

More comfortable than a traditional airplane pillow
I traveled with two pillows on a long distance flight - this one and a turtle neck one. I alternated between them, and even used them together. I found this pillow to be quite comfortable, and definitely much better than a traditional pillow because of the under-chin support. I found that turtle neck worked better for me but I would recommend this product to people who do not like restraining their necks too much.

careful what you buy , if you have neck issues
this was really very uncomfortable. I ended up giving it away. I hope it works for others.

Frequent Travel
I purchased this item for my college athlete. They travel frequently by bus and plane with a lot of complaints about getting comfortable. This product has softer fabric and firm support that other travel pillows don’t offer. The travel bag will easily fit in or attach to a backpack Hopefully this keeps our athlete comfortable this season!

Comfortable, works.
I’ve tried a few types & this works best for me. Soft, supportive, smooth texture. Definitely better than the regular C pillows. Holds up well after multiple times in washing machine.

I recently got this upgraded travel pillow, and while it offers great comfort and support, I do feel it is a bit on the expensive side. One of the standout features is the patented anti-slip scarf design, which keeps the pillow securely in place. Unlike traditional travel pillows that shift around, this one stays put, providing excellent chin and neck support. I no longer wake up with a sore neck after long flights! I often find myself stuck in the middle seat, which can make sleeping on a plane quite uncomfortable. This pillow, however, provides 360-degree support, making it much easier to rest even when I don’t have a window to lean on. The design is well thought out and works for various sleeping positions. The material is soft and comfortable, making it pleasant to wear for long periods. It’s also lightweight and compact, which is a big plus when travelling with limited space. Rolling it up and storing it in my bag was easy. The only downside is the price—it’s definitely more expensive than many other travel pillows on the market. While the design and comfort justify the cost to some extent, I do think it could be a bit more affordable. If you’re looking for a high-quality travel pillow that provides excellent chin and neck support, especially for middle-seat travellers, this is a great option. However, if you’re on a budget, you might want to consider if the extra features justify the price. Great product, but a little pricey!

Pillow is huge, and too cumbersome for travel. It can only be used in one direction and does not support the head and neck as shown. You need to be able to move and change head and neck position and this pillow doesn't allow for this. You also feel like your being strangled by the scarf. The absolute worse pillow I've ever traveled with. It's garbage and thats where it's going to end up!!!
