Great portable charger; possible eye bruising
1. I got hit in the eye by the strap buckle unhinging SO MANY TIMES. It just doesn't hook in strong enough.2. Wish there was just a simple Velcro situation to keep the strap with the mechanism.3. The best thing about this is the portable charger--my iPhone XS charged from 35% to 100% with half of the battery's power, in under an hour.

Works okay but can be improved
We bought the device to weigh some bags to be checked in for a flight. It arrived in a good condition and we had no issues charging it and getting it to work. A minor problem I had with it had to do with the hook on which the bag to be weighed rests. The surface was too small and I had a hard time positioning the bag handles on it. Also, I had questions about the accuracy of the measurements as the bags that had appeared to be under the airline checked bag weight limit turned out to be over the limit when weighed at Check in. We were mostly satisfied with the product but I believe it can be improved.

Seems like a good combination product
I've only tested this--not using it for travel (yet), but it seems like a neat combination of tools in one. The flashlight is not, however, as bright as I expected. Most LED flashlights are blindingly bright; I didn't find that to be the case with this, but it would probably be fine for general lighting...like to read a map.

Metal link at strap bent after third use
This thing didn't last long. Using it for my return trip (third time use) the metal connector on the strap which is needed to lift and weigh things bent completely trying to lift a 48 pound bag. It's pretty much useless now.

Rechargeable and accurate
This scale was so helpful to make sure that my family stayed within the allowed weight limit so we weren’t charged or had to try to move items around at the airport.
