## Description

Product description Red Star Premier Cuvée originates from France and was specially selected by Lesaffre. One of the fastest, cleanest, and most neutral of all Red Star wine yeasts. Recommended for reds, whites and sparkling wines. Excellent fermentation characteristics and resistance to difficult winemaking conditions! INCLUDES: 5 Packs (5 g sachets) of Red Star Premier Cuvee wine yeast. Manufactured by Fermentis (Lesaffre) and Distributed by CAPYBARA Distributors Inc. Directions Rehydrate for 20-25 minutes in water or a mix of one-third must and two-thirds water, using ten times the strain's weight. The mixture should be 38-40°C (100-104°F). Stir for 20 minutes. Gradually add the culture media to three times the must's weight, then wait 10 minutes. Add this mix to the fermentation tank, ensuring the temperature difference is no more than 10°C, ideally 5°C.

- Neutral strain allowing varietal aromas expression of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir either on the own or in blends. Produces characteristic aromas of the Champenoise method: bread crust, hazelnut, butter… Premier Cuvée is specially recommended for the prise de mousse of quality sparkling wines by valuing base wine varietal characteristics.
