I've had sleeping issues for many years due to multiple health problems. I've used melatonin by itself and other combo products. They all worked but I needed to remember to take them 45-60 minutes prior to going to bed which I often forgot. This product I just got my second bottle & I'm thrilled with it! I can take this just before I go to bed and it takes me max 10-15 minutes to fall asleep if even that, compared to 30 to 60 minutes with other products. Everyone's body chemistry is unique so it is possible this may not work for everyone. With that said, I still suggest you try it. I've used many different brands over many years. I'm thrilled to have found this one.

my doctor rec. a stop taking Melatonin, which is not good for us suffering from depression...however, she did recommend thesolus as it has a very small amount of the Melatonin (sp), but other not habit forming sleep aids....great product.

I love this product. I usually use it when I know I'm going to have a hard time falling asleep and need a good night sleep. It allows me to fall into a deeper sleep than normal, so I awake feeling more refreshed. I've noticed my dreams are usually more vivid and I can remember them in the morning, which is a good sign to me because that means I must have been in REM sleep.

works quite well - just wish it had vegan caps - so wouldn't buy again for that reason.

Excellent. Keeps me asleep but I’m very groggy for 12-15 hrs
