Seems Sturdy. You rotate right to unlock, left to lock and pull/push to increase/decrease the length. Comes with both a gopro mount and a 1/4" tripod mount. I plan on using this with both my gopro and mi sphere. There is also 1/4" thread at the bottom and you can mount a mini tripod there. Will be really useful for taking time-lapses. Length is more than enough for my needs. Does seem a little unbalanced when fully elongated but that is not any fault of this stick. Not sure how well it will hold up though since I just got it. Will update if anything changes.

This extension is exactly what I was looking for, it's made very well and is very sturdy. Easy to use. Nice thing about it is the different lengths you can adjust it to. I'm using it on the smooth 4 gimbal.

It works well. Unlocking each extension could.be a little better it kinda gets stuck and you have to play around a little to shorteb/lengthen.

This is almost like an expensive product that should cost more !!! The quality is good and It’s so sturdy that I trust it without breaking

The top of the extension came out.I have to use it with so much care, afraid to fall down the osmo mobile with my phone on it.Totally disappointed.

I like that there is a screw hole at the bottom to add other attachments

It is not compatible with DJI osmo mobile 2.

Today, I tried to screw it onto the bottom of my Osmo 2 and it wasn't easy at all. It was as though it was going in crooked. It screwed in partially and got stuck and I could not get it unscrewed. When I finally got it unscrewed, it was broken and useless. Waste of money.
