A really great way to supervise coaches

Set of playing card sized cards which prompt you to think about your professional relationships. I think they are great for reflective practice for lots of the helping professions (not actually being a coach myself). I have even used them to help me focus on non-professional relationships and issues.

Just finished peer coaching supervision session. We had three cards to talk about and all found that they aid structuring the conversation.

For coaches and supervisors. Nicely packaged. Well thought out questions and provocations to reflect on personal practice. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I experienced these in a supervisory session just yesterday. A really thought provoking and easy way to think about my practice. I enjoyed the session so much they are now added to my collection of Barefoot cards and will be well used in my tool kit for my own reflection but as part of the peer to peer supervision I do with my buddy.
