These cards will help any coach or manager to coach someone with leadership or management responsibilities to improve their leadership capabilities. However, the questions are pretty generic and could also be used to coach non-managers at work. They are the same size and quality as very good playing cards.

I see it as a good way to start practicing a coaching habbit, also cards helped as an ice breaker in one-to- one sessions with my employees.

These cards provide an ideal springboard for new and established managers alike, to provoke some thinking, to refresh or build key skills for themselves and/or their team. Selecting a couple of questions is great way to kick off a team meeting or to include in one to one reviews.
