Sizzix Bigz Die Christmas Trees 3D by Brenda Walton, Mixed

This is a really nice die, Bigz dies are always superb quality and so versatile as they cut a variety of different materials. These trees can be 3d or you can put them on a card front in a crescent which folds back so it fits in an envelope. I would recommend this die to all, my only criticism is that the instructions weren't very clear and I had to look up a video on youtube to work out how to put the trees together.

Lovely die cutting. The smallest tree is a bit fiddly, but I have had great fun making a forest for Christmas from origami paper which is just the right size!

Nothing actually wrong with the product, am actually quite happy with it, however this had obviously been opened before. Not a problem in itself, however do not see why I should then have to pay full price

I decided to get this die after I received the Brenda Walton reindeer and sleigh favour box dies. I made a Christmas scene with all the dies and added mini silver wired LED lights to the trees. They looked lovely.

You can never go wrong with a Sizzix die these dies cut really sturdy card stock. Very happy with purchase.

Whilst the shapes from this die are really lovely have had problems with the cuts. Have wasted quite a lot of paper as it has been hit and miss as to whether it actually cuts through just one layer leaving partially cut trees. Unfortunately didn't use until 5 weeks after purchase so just outside of the Amazon returns policy or this would have gone back for a replacement as I have probably got a faulty die. If it had worked properly I would have given it 5 stars.

I love this 3-D Dies set. It makes the cutest trees. Wonderful as Christmas decorations but without the star on top looks equally nice as realistic evergreen display.

Passend zur Weihnachtszeit habe ich mir diese schöne Schablone gegönnt.Ich habe damit 300g/m² Fotokarton verarbeitet und den großen und den mittleren Baum je 50 Mal produziert.Das klappte famos und selbst doppelt gelegten Karton hat die Stanze problemlos geschafft. Das Kurbeln ist dann aber ungleich schwieriger als bei einlagiger Pappe so dass ich dann doch lieber nur eine Lage Karton gestanzt habe.Ich nehme für einen Baum 6 oder 8 Stanzteile - das heißt für insgesamt 100 Bäume sind drei- bis vierhundert Stanzungen nötig. Das hat die Stanze unbeindruckt überstanden und funktioniert wie am ersten Tag.Um den kleinsten Baum zu stanzen sollte man die Pappe falten und doppelt auflegen - das funktioniert auch, war mir aber erst einmal zu mühselig. Die gefaltete Pappe sollte immer gleich groß sein und auch gleich aufgelegt werden damit sich Stanzteile ergeben die sich zu einem hübschen Baum zusammenfügen lassen.So habe ich jetzt erst einmal mehr als 300 "halbe" kleine Baumstanzteile rumliegen.... Mal sehen was ich damit mache.Ich bin vesucht für diese seltsame halbe Baumstanze ein Sternchen abzuziehen - aber da der große und der mittlere Baum wirklich hübsch aussehen lasse ich da mal Gnade vor Recht ergehen und bleibe bei fünf Sternen.
