Great Multi-Use Equipment
A great piece of equipment that allows you to do a wide range of exercises and is easy to use. The instructions for the exercises weren't clear for me but research helped me greatly. I would highly recommend saving up to get this.

Gets 4 stars for the cheap price. Colored lines are nearly indecipherable. Decently made.
I got this through the Vine Program in exchange for my honest review. We wanted to add a pushup board to our home workout setup, and it seems like they fall into a couple of categories including basic, budget-priced ones that are just for pushups and other, pricier "bundles" that are for pushups but also have anchors for resistance bands and come with accessories like pilates bars, pull handles, bands, hooks, etc. This is in the first category. It is a budget pushup board with a high (stated) weight capacity. It's from a brand called Flexfinity that had two versions on Vine...this "54-in-1 board" and another "30/42-in-1" board. I don't know why the other one can't decide if it's 30 or 42-in-1, so I went with the 54-in-1, thinking, "That's a lot of options and more than I've seen even on the pricier boards!" Plus, we don't need all the extra accessories as we have plenty of resistance bands, bars, handles, etc.So it's nice because you can do styles of pushups I never knew existed. However, it makes the color-coded lines indecipherable and useless as guides. So it's pretty much "pick the first hole targeting the part of your body you want, and then find another hole in whatever color the handle can reach" and then the combo of those two holes are the body part(s) you're targeting?Additionally, the names of each of the body portions you're starting are color coded to the holes (chest, triceps, shoulders, back), but those words are inexplicably put on parts of the board that would make you think that section of the board is where to put the handles to focus. Most other boards have these words on the spine (where the board folds).Aside from the silly design choices mentioned above, this board functions as expected. It is heavy-duty, can support a lot of weight, and the handles fit. It folds in half nicely enough, with slots for the handles in the bottom. It comes with enough little "non-slip" pads you put on the posts on the bottom of the board if you have this on a solid wood or concrete floor. We have it on carpet, so we're not using those. We noticed one handle slides easily into the holes, and the other "sticks" just a bit and requires some effort. However, it's not a show-stopper and doesn't prevent this board from doing its job.So it does what it says it does, despite the confusing and silly color-coding, lines, and placement of words. It just has a bit of a learning curve. If I could go back, I'd consider getting the 32/40-in-one (whatever that means), which has a better, more intuitive color coding and mapping schema, and is currently the same price. Or pick from the plethora of other pushup board options on AZ for under $20. However, we'll continue to use this one at our house despite the shortcomings and be happy with it. It's worth the $13.99 asking price, although it's also worth considering the model with less allness-in-oneness.This is cheap, sturdy, and usable. It's also on the wider side of these types of boards, so in combination with all the holes, it's useable for a big guy like me and folks in the household who are smaller than me.

Simple and works, but
Many years ago I injured my wrist and I thought this would make doing push-ups easier but I find I can do fewer with it than without. It comes with markings on the base to indicate which muscles are worked for the various positions and the handles do stay put. Over all though, I think this ends up as a dust collector.
