I also got the app working for remote access.The camera has a metal housing and it's good for exterior installation. Each camera has a detachable antenna which allows attachment of a larger antenna. The power cable is long enough (10ft.)The video has night vision too. The quality is good both in the day and night. The package included 6 cameras and the system supports up to eight cameras, which is convenient.It can work on a tv via hdmi cable and it came with a 2 TB hard drive which records 24 hours. Also it can be set on motion detection. I prefer this option.

I found this system easy to install--pretty much plug and play. The 2TB hard drive allows plenty of room for storing footage and there are several record mode options. I have the system connected to my smart TV via HDMI cable and the images are crisp and clear. I also can view the live feed remotely with my iPhone and my MacBook by connecting to my home wifi network via ethernet and using the company's apps. With 4 HD cameras that connect wirelessly to a 2TB NVR, this system is the best value I've been able to find after extensive research and comparison. I was most impressed by the responsive customer service, answering all my email questions personally--usually within a few hours. Very pleased!

I loved how easy these cameras were to set up although the instructions were unclear. They worked great for a few months and then it would randomly not record, then days would go by where the app wouldn't connect. There were even days some of the cameras weren't even recognized by the nvr. If you need them short term then these are ok, but if you are wanting long term cameras then I would spend the extra money and get a better setup.

THE CAMERA IS GREAT, EXCEPT IF YOU UPGRADE THE SOFTWARE ON YOUR CELLPHONE, THE APP DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE. I EVEN UPGRADED THE APP "IP PRO 3" AND IT CUTS ME OUT. I WISHED THERE WAS A WAY TO VIEW IT VIA LAPTOP OR ONLINE, BUT THERE WAS NO INSTRUCTIONS WHEN I BOUGHT THE PRODUCT REGARDING VIEWING ONLINE.

The cameras appear sturdy and well made and can be easily adjusted with swiveling the screw. Got it linked to my tv via hdmi cable.It arrived 3 days after ordering (earlier than expected 1 week delivery). For your money, you get the four 2.0MP IP cameras, the base NVR unit (including mouse) and power supplies.Set up was very simple: instruction quiet easy to follow. Get all power adapters plugged in nearby power socket, and camera will work with video on the monitor. Really surprised by the quality of its 1080P picture for a relatively cheap system, the camera show an excellent high quality image both on recording and on the live viewing.Works very well even at night. Camera video is colored in daylight and black and white in the darkness. Camera comes with infra-red illumination LEDs. I can see clearly people face at night.The cameras all connect wireless. And if you connect the black base unit to home router, you can use mobile devices and computer to access the feed and recording.The e-mail alarm and APP pushing very sensitive, you can change its sensitivity. it is easy to check alerts manually if you want/need to and video footage can be saved to flash drive and sent to the police if evidence is needed.So far, so good. I’m very happy with this purchase. I’ll update this in due course if I run into any problems, but very happy so far.

camera setup and usage was not very user friendly for me and my needs so I returned the product.

I have use this use this system for about 8 months now and they have worked great. Very easy to setup. Picture quality is very good. The app is great when I’m not at home. Also Jim in the tech department is super. He answered all my questions and was very quick to respond.
