Excellent product for chronic and acute diarrhoea. Was introduced to this product in South Africa and was thrilled to find out that I can get it here in the UK. I highly recommend it. I have IBS and this really helps me

I bought this in the UK but as smecta, and it is not in English so It is not safe to use. It needs all the info to be in the correct language for those being sold it.

Everything is quick and product quality is the same as I used to have.

Safe & gentle treatment
Just stir the sachet into a 1/2 glass of warm water. We were introduced to this in France. Used for children but works for adults too. A very gentle product that I believe is far safer to use than loperamide.
