if your unsure bc of social media
i personally think is good, i love that i can connect so easily. i know this mouse has its positive and negative reviews but honestly i see no issue with it works amazing very light weight and feels smoother than my regular mouse. as for the side buttons i think it’s no issue for me there’s magnets so you don’t accidentally hit the other side. the good thing is about that is if your left handed you could switch the side buttons with no issue. although i feel like the price for this is a little pricey but worth the splurge. as for battery life it’s pretty good as well. also some people don’t care but for me i like to adjust rgb lighting to my liking which is possible with this mouse mostly the g logo which is so cute. if your a girl like me trying to get a cute aesthetic mouse THAT comes with good design and quality for sure look into this one.

Great Intellimouse replacement
So this is a bit of a different review. I have been using Microsoft intellimouse for decades and I really liked the shape and size. My last mouse started to flake out, so In an effort to modernize I started looking for other replacements. Exact replacements are way overpriced on eBay and such so I started looking at other options. This mouse is great. It’s a little bigger than the intellimouse I had but the shape is similar. Feels good in hand and is light. My hands are pretty average in size and it’s pretty comfortable to manipulate. Buttons can be swapped for dummy caps, so if you don’t need all the extra buttons, this is great to prevent accidental side clicks. Build is good, buttons and tracking are responsive. The usb dongle connects easily. I connect it to a dock for daily use and use a USBa to USBc adapter to connect directly to my MacBook when traveling. Battery life seems good so far. You can use this while plugged in via usb so no worries about needing to charge. I haven’t used this specifically for gaming, but I work in 3D with Maya so I need some precision. Works well and no issues. If you’re looking for a great mouse that can do more than just game, this one fits the bill.

My Review!
I’ve been using the Logitech G PRO 2 LIGHTSPEED in Magenta for a while now, and honestly, this mouse has been a really pleasant surprise. I’ve owned quite a few gaming mice over the years, and while some of them look great on paper, there’s usually something that starts bothering me after a few days of actual use. With the PRO 2, I haven’t really had that feeling. First of all, the Magenta color looks much better in person than I expected. It’s bright without looking cheap or overly flashy, and the finish gives the mouse a really clean gaming look. If you have a mostly black setup, it stands out nicely without completely taking over the desk. It’s one of those things that looks even better when you actually put it next to your keyboard and mousepad. The shape is probably the biggest thing I like about this mouse. Since it’s ambidextrous, it feels comfortable whether you’re right-handed or left-handed, and the ability to customize the side buttons makes it even more useful. I personally like having the option to decide which buttons I actually want on the mouse instead of being stuck with a fixed layout. Some mice advertise themselves as ambidextrous but still feel like they were obviously designed for right-handed users. The PRO 2 doesn’t really have that problem. The weight is also very good. It’s light enough that I never feel like I’m dragging the mouse around, especially during longer gaming sessions, but it doesn’t feel ridiculously light or hollow. There’s a nice balance to it. Moving it across a large mousepad feels effortless, and when playing FPS games, small adjustments are easy to make. Speaking of FPS games, this is where the mouse really shines for me. I mainly use it for games where accuracy matters, and the sensor feels extremely consistent. There’s no weird feeling when making quick movements, and tracking targets feels natural. Once you get used to the shape and weight, you stop thinking about the mouse completely, which is probably one of the best compliments I can give a gaming mouse. The wireless performance has also been excellent. I was a little skeptical about wireless gaming mice in the past because I always associated wireless with having to worry about latency, interference or battery life. With LIGHTSPEED, I honestly don't notice a difference compared to a wired mouse while gaming. The connection has been stable, and I haven't had random disconnects or anything like that during normal use. Battery life is another strong point. Obviously, battery life depends on how you use the mouse and your settings, but I’ve never found myself constantly worrying about charging it. I can use it for a good amount of time and then just charge it when necessary. It’s especially nice not having a cable getting in the way when you’re playing. The clicks feel satisfying too. They have a nice, crisp feeling without requiring too much force. I wouldn’t describe them as completely silent, so if you’re looking for a mouse that makes almost no noise, this probably isn’t it. Personally, I like the click feedback because it makes the mouse feel responsive. The scroll wheel is decent as well. It isn’t the main reason I would buy this mouse, but it does its job well and feels solid. Scrolling through websites, Discord, documents, or games feels smooth enough. The side buttons are also easy to reach without accidentally pressing them all the time, which is something I’ve had problems with on other mice. One thing I really appreciate is that Logitech didn’t go crazy with the design. There are gaming mice nowadays that look like spaceships with RGB everywhere and a million different buttons. The PRO 2 has a much more straightforward design. It looks like a normal mouse, just a very well-built one. The Magenta version adds some personality to it without making it look ridiculous. The software is another part of the experience. Logitech G HUB gives you plenty of options for configuring the mouse, buttons, sensitivity and other settings. It can take a little time to get everything exactly how you want it, especially if you’re someone who likes changing profiles and settings, but once you set it up, you generally don't need to touch it much. I also like that this mouse doesn't feel like it was designed only for one particular game. I can use it for CS2, other FPS games, single-player games, browsing, Discord, and general PC use without feeling like I need a different mouse for everything. It’s versatile enough to be my everyday mouse, not just something I pull out when I’m playing competitively. There are a couple of things I’m not completely in love with, though. The price can be a little difficult to justify if you’re coming from a cheaper gaming mouse. There are definitely mice that cost less and will still give you a good gaming experience. The PRO 2 is more of a “buy once and enjoy it for a long time” kind of purchase. Also, the ambidextrous shape is going to be a matter of personal preference. Some people absolutely love symmetrical mice, while others prefer a more ergonomic right-handed shape. If you’ve spent years using ergonomic mice, the PRO 2 might take a little time to get used to. For me, the shape works really well, but I can understand why someone might prefer something more sculpted. Another small thing is that because it’s designed around an ambidextrous setup, the shape doesn’t have that natural “hand-filling” size feeling that some ergonomic mice have. Again, that’s not really a flaw because it’s part of the design philosophy. It just depends on what kind of mouse you normally use. After using it for gaming and everyday stuff, though, I think the overall package is really hard to complain about. The mouse feels well made, the wireless connection is reliable, the sensor performs extremely well, and the weight is right in that sweet spot for me. And honestly, the Magenta color is probably my favorite part aesthetically. It makes the setup look a little less boring. Most gaming mice I see are black, white, or some combination of RGB lighting. The Magenta PRO 2 actually has some character. What I also like is that it doesn't feel like Logitech sacrificed practicality just to make a colorful version. Everything still feels like it belongs on a serious gaming mouse. The buttons, shape, tracking and wireless performance are all there. For competitive FPS players, I think this is an especially strong option. If you play games like CS2, Valorant, Apex Legends or similar titles, having a mouse that feels predictable and consistent is much more important than having a huge list of unnecessary features. The PRO 2 gives you that consistency. For casual gamers, it might be more mouse than you actually need, especially if the price is high where you live. But if you spend a lot of time at your PC and want something that can handle basically everything you throw at it, I think it makes more sense. Overall, I’m very happy with the Logitech G PRO 2 LIGHTSPEED. It’s comfortable, lightweight, responsive, reliable and looks fantastic in Magenta. It doesn’t try to reinvent the gaming mouse, and I actually think that's a good thing. It takes a proven formula and focuses on doing the important things really well. Would I recommend it? Yes, especially if you want a lightweight wireless gaming mouse and like an ambidextrous/symmetrical shape. I’d definitely recommend trying the shape in person first if possible, because mouse shape is extremely personal. But if it fits your hand, I think you’ll be very happy with it. For me, the biggest compliment is that after a while I stopped thinking about the mouse altogether. I just use it. And when a gaming mouse becomes something you don't have to think about while playing, that usually means it’s doing its job very well. **Overall rating: 9/10** Pros: * Excellent wireless performance * Very accurate and consistent sensor * Lightweight without feeling cheap * Comfortable ambidextrous design * Customizable side buttons * Great for FPS games * Magenta color looks fantastic * Good battery life * Solid build quality * Works well for gaming and everyday use Cons: * Price can be high * Symmetrical shape won't suit everyone * May take some time to adjust if you're used to ergonomic mice * Logitech G HUB can sometimes feel more complicated than necessary If you’re looking for a high-end wireless gaming mouse and the shape works for your hand, the G PRO 2 LIGHTSPEED is one of those products I can comfortably recommend. It feels like a mouse designed to disappear while you're using it — and honestly, that's exactly what I want from a gaming mouse.

Overall the best mouse imo
The best gaming mouse hands down. While I'm not a pro or even that of a competitive gamer, but it's the most responsive and fast mouse I've had. The durability of this mouse is legendary. It fits my hands perfectly and the weight of it personally couldn't be better. It is definitely a great choice for both casual and competitive gamers.

Great ambidextrous mouse for a lefty
I am a lefty and like others have said, it is nearly impossible to find a good left handed mouse anymore. This is not a left handed mouse, but it is the best ambidextrous mouse I have found so far. As a lefty, I needed to add the thumb buttons to the right side of the mouse and put the blanks on the left side. I was able to pry out all the bits with my fingernails and reconfigure the buttons with little effort. After this, everything works as a lefty would expect. I have large hands and this mouse fits pretty well in my hand, but it does feel slight smaller than some purpose-made lefty mice that I have used in the past, like the Razer DeathAddr Left, which I consider to be the gold standard lefty mouse. R.I.P. The mouse is lighter than other mice that I have used. It's notable, but not an issue for me. It has a nice feel and speed on my cloth mousepad. I am very happy with the feel and usability of this mouse. I have been using this device for several weeks now and the battery has been lasting 2.5 to 3 weeks on a full charge. There are 3 LEDs that indicate the amount of charge in the battery, and if you are charging the device they sequentially turn from flashing to solid as the charge increases. When it needs charging, all three light up solid red. I'm not sure why a wireless mouse has an LED that stays lit while you are using it. This doesn't make sense to me. I'd rather have more battery life than having an LED that is typically covered by my hand anyway. And I guess there's probably a way to turn it off in the Logitech software, but I have an aversion to installing the bloated software that is made for mice and keyboards anymore that require accounts, logins, etc. So I didn't install it and can't review it. What I can say is that the mouse works just fine on Windows 11 using the standard windows mouse settings. And I do some gaming, so this mouse does get tested a bit in-game. So far, so good. No issues in any games I have used it with so far. Great response. It feels just as responsive as any wired mouse as I have used. I am looking for reliability with this mouse after using a couple of cheaper Logitech mice that have had failures within a year or so of purchase. But it's too early to tell yet.

Great but gets slightly sticky/wet
Honestly it gets a little sticky/wet when gaming. But the feel of the mouse is amazing! Great refresh speed so it feels faster than my previous razor wired mouse. Also I’m totally blown away by the battery life, I will go 3-4 days not charging it and it’ll still be alive, I barely am alive after 3-4 days of no charge lol

GP2 Is Expensive, but an absolutely amazing mouse
I'm a former mouse enthusiast / addict and have far, far too many gaming mice. I had the originally G Pro Wireless and also multiple GPXs, Finalmouse, Pulsar, Lamzu, and so on. When this mouse was announced a lot of people in the enthusiast community were angry that Logitech was producing this mouse as it was "too heavy" and not following the market trends of being super lightweight. Super lightweight mice, such as 50gs and less, are overrated honestly. This mouse comes in at 80g and when I compare the weight between this and my GPX it's truly not that bad. Yes, you obviously feel a difference in weight, but 80g is not a brick by any means... I haven't had any issues with using this mouse. I prefer it over a lot of my lightweight mice. Objectively, this is a phenomenal mouse. It's lightweight, great battery, usb-c, has high polling rate and DPI (after the latest update), has buttons on both sides that can be remapped or even removed/covered, RGB is nice, scroll is smooth, clicks are snappy and not heavy, coating is very nice compared to my GPX and some other mice in my collection. Honestly, I am very, very happy with this mouse. I think the price is steep in comparison to the others, so if you can catch this on a sale I can assure you that you will not be disappointed.

Best Wireless Gaming Mouse
This really is one of the best wireless gaming mice. My son's V1 lasted a full 2 years of a decent amount of game playing, and still works, but the sliding pads at the bottom are just starting to wear out (which i consider normal wear & tear).

Solid successor to the G305
I’m probably not the target audience for this mouse since I didn’t buy it for speed or specs. I mostly just wanted a similar form factor to my previous mouse, the Logitech G305. I’ve never liked bulky, button-heavy mice, so this felt like a natural upgrade being a direct successor. It’s a bit pricey for what it offers, but overall I’m happy with it. Battery life is solid, it does need occasional recharging, though I don’t notice it much since I’m not doing intense gaming, just casual gaming and everyday use rather than FPS scenarios. Customization through the Logitech app on Windows is nice, and I appreciate having four programmable buttons. Weight-wise, it’s on the heavier side, which I actually prefer. I don’t like a mouse that feels too light or insubstantial in hand. Overall, a solid, comfortable mouse if you liked the G305’s shape and don’t need top-tier gaming specs.

Lightweight and good upgrade
Had my old Corsair mouse for a few years and swapped out to this one because my inputs where delayed and the side buttons would fail, this mouse is lightweight and my inputs have improved dramatically from average aim of 23-54% per game to 46%-86% mind you that's mechanical skill but inputs were drastically better. Good mouse for sure!
