Oh my god!, i have never cut a lawn so quick, no cables getting in the way, no extension leads to run over. No stopping and starting to move cables, no cables getting caught up, no cables to wind up. what a breeze.

This lawnmower is so easy to assemble, it's even easier to get ready and to use. I find it so light to carry & store when not in use too, very helpful if you are of the older generation.Highly recommend.

Good value. Only used a few times but happy enough. Struggles a bit on long thick grass patches but blade adjustment is easy.With a couple of dogs, having a perfect lawn is impossible. This mower seems ideal for keeping the grass tidyBatteries take about 45min-60min to charge.With long grass (1st cut of year) needed both batteries for front & back grass, both fairly large garden areas.With ‘kept’ grass, one battery does the job.Feels reasonably robust but time will tell.

I love this lawn mower as it's strong, easy to assemble and without electric cords its easy to manoeuvre. Happily being able to fold it up I can store it in my rather cramped garden shed.

The only assembly is to clamp the lower handle in place and then join the upper handle to it. Easy to do if it works. Mower no. 1 the lower handle on the right side clamped easily but the left-hand one would not, it just kept going round and round. After hours of on line support I was offered a replacement which came next day. Excellent! However, on mower no. 2 both of the lower clamps worked very easily but on the upper part of the handle one of the wing nuts would not engage.Spent hours struggling to get it to engage. I swapped bolts and wingnuts around and the same one works on the other side and the other did not. It's Friday afternoon and no support until Monday at 10 am. To say this has been frustrating is an absolute understatement!!! So disappointed as I had done a lot of research and I'm sure it's an excellent mower but getting the handle together has been a major time waster and a big headache. Also, the wing nuts and bolts were in a little sealed plastic bag with mower no. 1 but on mower no. 2 they were loosely attached to the mower. Why was this? Isn't there a standard procedure how these goods are packaged? Feeling exhausted and very let down.

Easy to use.Robust machine.Would definitely recommend this machine for its Build Quality although it’s not the lightest machine on the market.

Absolutely delighted with the delivery and performance of the mower. However have subscribed to Greenworks and emailed them requesting a replacement faulty handle fixing screw and wingnut.Three weeks on and no response.
