This is finally all put together after quite a hassle, the instructions are not great and we had to drill holes because some did not line up and we couldn't get the bolts through. Then there is the hassle of getting the bed part stretched enough so that you can get all the other bits connected, by the time it was finished the bed was pretty grimy which is a real shame as when it is all together it actually looks pretty good. If you can get it all assembled you will not regret it, it looks good and is comfortable.

Wobbly
It took a while to suss out the instructions. It was difficult to make sure everything was inline. Try as I might I could not get the last screw in place on the canopy. The whole structure seems very flimsy, I made sure all the screws & bolts were tightened but it was still wobbly. The canopy adjuster is plastic & I don’t think it will last long. I could not get both sides to exactly line up. I have thought about using plastic ties to make it feel more secure.

Weak fabric
I Have enjoyed using this bed in the garden and it was comfortable - but after a few uses, the fabric just split right across the middle and I fell through the bed! I’m 60kgs - far from the 200 it’s supposed to hold! Now I need a replacement hammock and can’t find one.

Great customer service
When this arrived it had the canopy part missing, emailed the seller and after sending a photo of box contents, seller sent me another complete set without any quibble whilst apologising profusely. It also arrived super quick. Best customer service I have received in ages. Product great too for the price, easy to assemble and lovely to relax on. Highly recommend this seller and product.

Surprised by the quality
Wasn’t expecting much as I thought it should have been more expensive. But really surprised by the quality.Only problem I have is.... never get to go on it because the kids are always on it:(

Looks fantastic and very comfortable
Love, love, love this day bed. It looks fantastic and went together quite easily. Would have preferred the bed part to be higher from the ground, as it's not easy to be elegant trying to get up. Very comfortable and fell asleep on it after work on 16.09.19 and only woke at 19:30 as it started to get chilly.

Easy to out put together perfect sun lounger
Everything was perfect. Put it together with my son. with a little wiggle all bolts fitted perfectly. I was concerned after reading a review that said the holes didn't line up. mine one was perfect no problem at all or extra tools needed.
