Absolutely fantasticIt has somehow reduced the pain in my left knee.My right big toe would always need to be cracked to attain comfort similar to how you crack your fingers, that's going away.my toes in general feel much more comfortable and I feel that the damage that shoes create are being reversed by using these and walking around barefoot.
