Good price. Well packaged. Surprisingly good software. - Well, this is not my first experience with a sign cutter but it has been awhile. Still, I had no trouble setting it up and my first cut was good and a tweak or two, the second cut was perfect. Not trying to run it full speed. Maybe that helps. The software included is surprising good. I've developed software since the 70's and was generally pleased with how it worked and was organized and had no issues. Sure, a few features might be missing so I bought the upgrade to the SignMaster Pro software and have not regretted that. One feature I will look for on my next vinyl cutter purchase is one that is compatible with registration marks. Apparently some have that at a similar price point which I really didn't expect. Still, the machine works just fine. Stand is okay. Plotter / cutter just sits on top, not secured so it could be knocked off.
