Great bag, comfortable and lightweight even when packed full. Plenty of room and compartments. I carry several battery chargers, pro camera and two laptops, book and other things and still have room. My only complaint is the middle strap has already begun to tear after 6 months... maybe my fault for over loading the bag? My second complaint would be that there is no side pocket for a water bottle so you have to hang it and let it swing if you don't want it inside. Power pack pocket could come with a thicker pocket or zipper/velcro but not that big of a deal.

This products is great we got it a day in advance. My boyfriend luv it he takes it with him to work. He has usb cord and has a battery bank he connects to. So when his on the bus or going to work always has his stuff. Waterproof and has a lot of compartments makes it great to travel and store his stuff for daily use I'm thinking of getting one for myself.

I was honestly surprised at the level of quality, and attention to detail in this bag. The water-resistant fabric on the outside is soft to the touch. The inside is made of a durable canvas type material. The bag is very comfortable, and the front pouch has tons of room. I can't accurately evaluate the durability of the bag, as I haven't used it for classes yet, but I can say that it feels much higher quality than my last bag which made it through 2 years of daily use.

Why I'm giving 4 stars. It's bigger then I expected. Although, it's great for work and an overnight/weekend trip. It's still too big to be free on no frills flights.

Bag quality is very well built with strong looking materials. The area to put the laptop in could have been bigger. I use a dell precision laptop and is lil thivker than others.

The overall quality of the bag is okay. A few spots have seams that have loose threads and may have many weak spots in the frame. The material of the bag is great though!I am unsure if I received a defective unit or just got unlucky or not.

This is a well-made pack. It has sturdy construction, a neat look, and is comfortable. The front pouch will fold fairly flat, when empty, but unfolded it would hold a huge amount of stuff! The padded laptop pocket is accessed from the top-back, which I find convenient compared to past backpacks I have had.
