Instead of the usual cardboard box, it arrived in a stunning package that shimmered with a holographic design. The outside packaging was its usually Amazon bubble wrap enevlope. The phone case shimmered, felt sturdy and well-made, hinting at the quality within. To my delight, it included a bonus wristlet attacher and a microfiber cloth. The wristlet is a lifesaver, feels like a silicon material that attaches securely to the case and then I can loop around my wrist. The microfiber cloth is perfect for keeping my phone fingerprint-free.Looking back, I only wish I had seen their screen protector and lens protector options while placing my order. Knowing the quality of the case, I would've definitely added them to my cart. It seems they offer a variety of protective accessories, which I might explore in the future.Overall, the LONLI Hue case is a true gem. I got it more as a temporary case until my Kate Spade one comes in, since they have fast shipping and it's not too expensive. I was looking for a holo effect type case with magsafe, and this fit the bill. I really like it now that Ive had it in my hands a day! It matches the paua abalone pop socket I made (I used a real shell pendant I had and round adhesive to stick it to a popsocket, so I think I have the only one in the world like that). It brings out the iridescence in the abalone, and the light changes the surface color. The magnet is strong and sticks my phone to the car charger even on bumpy roads. The texture of the surface doesn't bother me too much (kind of frosted); you can get fingerprints on it if you have oily fingers, but that holds true for most of these cases… Wipes off easily with an alcohol wipe. I guess if I have any criticism, it's very small, but the lanyard feels a little cheap with that rubber wristband. You don't have to use it with the lanyard, though. I definitely wish I had used a lanyard on one of my old iPhones, which is sitting at the bottom of the Charles River now, after a kayaking mishap. So anyway, it's all lanyards for me now, and at least this has the option.
