The color makes them perfect for use in floral arrangements, or really anything where you want the cord to disappear. I could also have used ones with a green cord, but in this case, I put them on a wooden arbor. Against the arbor, the cord does not show at all, and I almost get the effect of floating lights. The lights were shipped promptly.
