Material is good but I bought the wrong size

I had a blood clot and was told this would help the pain in my thigh. I wear it during the day only. It helps to ease the pain.

This worked wonders with my pulled hamstring muscle. Fit well, good quality material.

I bought these because I currently am recovering from spine surgery and have a thigh brace attached to my back brace, which was custom made. The issue is trying to find something that I can wear under the thigh piece so I can wear shorts now that it is getting warmer. I thought these would do the trick and I ordered 2XL and even though I measured 19", they are so tight that the wavy rubber strip at the top to prevent it from slipping has actually dug into my skin leaving marks. I really liked them the first couple of days until I realized that they are just too tight at the top despite the size guide. I have a short thigh to start with and the bottom is loose right above the knee. But now I am going to have to stop using them because they literally have dug into my skin now that in some areas it's cut into the skin. So be aware of this when ordering. Now I have to find something else since I have to wear this brace for another 3-4 months.
