How do you get a response from the manufacturer? Emailed and emailed No reply Impossible to see how to remove tyre to repair puncture. Not in instruction book Halfords, scooter repair shop, us all bemused Can anyone help.Loved the product but completely ruined by lack of response as it now lies unusable after one month Very disappointed
