This is a very budget friendly 10lb bag of whey protein. It has plenty of protein per serving and even has some vitamins and minerals. Use 1 scoop for a pre-workout snack and 2 scoops for your post workout snack. If you're using more than 3 scoops you're just wasting whey protein. This is not a mass gainer, it can replace a meal here or there during the week but don't expect to throw on mass. This is a cost effective protein supplement. You don't need to spend $15 or $20 per lb on hydrolyzed whey protein, that stuff is meant for professional bodybuilders. This is high quality regular whey protein at a very good price. If you need higher quality then talk to your sponsor and stop shopping on amazon.

Doesn't mix well in juices, it's sweeter than other whey products. I'll stick with optimum nutrition whey gold standard

I love this stuff. It tastes amazing and has really given me results along with a healthy diet and lots of exercise. I'm on my 3rd 10lb bag and honestly probably take too much a day, but the shakes are so good. I use two scoops with a cup of milk and 2 table spoons of almond or peanut butter, then about 3 ice cubes and blend til smooth in a magic bullet. It seriously tastes like a chocolate milk shake. Very cheap too when you compare to other protein powders.

Good supplements

i love this stuff. i use it for the base in all sorts of protein drinks, mixed into my oatmeal, to bake with, in protein pancakes - it has a very rich flavor and not the usual "protein" aftertaste.
