The gose coyld ve a little longer because it oeaves a luttle water in the jug and it is wet and drips when changing them out and a little awkward. We get natural spring water which is our preference and it tastes just fine. The only other issue is that when it fills it is kinds of loud. But would definately buy again to save myself from having to pick up 5 gallong jugs to pyt on top. It has performed flawlessly. It has been moved around many times. It is not light but I am 71 and can handle it OK. The hot water is great for tea, instant soups and is "sip-carefully" hot. The hot water button is also protected by a slide you need to hold back to use so the chances of an accidental burn are very slim. The cold water is almost icy. It has a handy bracket on the back to keep it the proper distance from walls and cabinets. It has a small red light to let you know the bottle needs changing. There is a hook inside the door to hold the cap while changing bottles and the whole process is very easy and straight-forward. The top of the dispenser is flat and a great place to put a supply of drinking glasses. If you remove the drip-catcher (just lift it out) you can fill a standing 9" water bottle. Taller containers can also be filled by tilting them under the spout. although wider containers may need to be held.
