Quite good
Great to have the two parent units, meaning one can be in the lounge and the other in the bedroom without having to constantly move one unit around. Sound quality is fairly pants but good enough for purpose. The light show is excellent. The firmware needs some improvement as there's no discernible difference between night mode and day mode and the ability to turn the night light on and off is all well and good but should be on a different setting from simply a short click on the power button - this making it all too easy to accidentally turn on and off unintentionally.But in a world of cheapo electronic goods churned out without a thought given to whether they work or not, this works well straight out of the box. Recommended! The two-parent unit set comes with three power leads and two 5V PSUs.

Impressive sound quality
This is only the first night we've used these but I've got to say, so far, I can't fault them. They connect easily, are well made, and I am currently laying in bed listening to my baby snoring over these monitors. We've tried Motorola and Vtec before and neither gimme close to the sound quality of these monitors.

3rd plug missing in the 3 units set so had to find our own but very happy with the units great sound and working great

One of units stopped working within three months
We bought this monitor specifically because it is mains powered and because we live across three floors so needed a monitor on each floor. The sound quality of the units is great; however one of the listening units has stopped working within three months, which is hugely disappointing. Despite contacting the seller as the product is still under warantee, we've had no response and so no longer have a working unit on one floor of our house.

Can only use one receiver at any given time.
I had - perhaps naively - believed that BOTH receivers could be switched on at the same time, allowing for simultaneous audio in two rooms away from the parent hub. Evidently this isn’t possible.
