Stockings laddered when I tried them on

Received these yesterday, tried them on to see if they fitted .... I'm a size 10 the suspenders felt tight and the stockings awful quality! bits of fabric just hanging off at the top... I got a hole within mins of wearing them.. waste of money ☹️
